Food Sustainability Challenge

On 22nd and 23rd November, all Year 8 students are taking part in a Food Sustainability Challenge, in partnership with University of Adelaide. Traditional lessons will be suspended for the duration of the two-day challenge, as students work in teams to design and prototype solutions to problems associated with food sustainability.

Students will be mentored by undergraduates from University of Adelaide Waite Campus who are studying for a Bachelor Degree in Food and Nutrition Science, and will use a human-centred design thinking process to create their solutions, before pitching their designs to an expert panel.
