For parents/caregivers who are using a shared email address between each other, you will need to either contact the school and provide a unique email address for each parent/caregiver, or use the Bxxxxx user code as your username instead of your email address which gets sent to you as part of the password reset you request. It is preferable if each parent provides a unique email address.
