
Daymap Help
If you are having trouble logging into Daymap, please read through the information below and, if you are still having problems, please email dl.0823.icthelp@schools.sa.edu.au for assistance and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Students and Staff
Click on the ICT menu, then on Daymap for Students & Staff, then you should see the following page asking for your site:

Start typing hamilton in the box until you see Hamilton Secondary College appear below it, then click on Hamilton Secondary College and click Continue.
If you don’t see this page, your browser has already remembered your site and should have gone to the Sign in page shown below…
Please make sure it has Hamilton Sec College written under the EdPass logo (where the red line is in this screenshot). If you can’t see Hamilton Sec College or it has another school name there, you will need to delete your cookies and start again. See this link for help doing that. Your login will NOT work if the wrong school is shown here!
Now enter the SAME username and password that you use to login to your laptop at school – do NOT user your email address, that will NOT work!
Parents
Parent logins have changed recently, your username is now your email address, not the old 6 character code
You can request access to the Daymap parent portal by following the instructions provided here.
If you encounter issues with the above instructions please email dl.0823.icthelp@schools.sa.edu.au to request a password reset for the Daymap parent portal. Please include your mobile phone number so that we can check your contact details are correct in our system.
Your username is your email address.
Once you have set your password, you can download the Daymapapp to use on a phone, or use the link in the ICT menu on our website to access Daymap Parent Portal.
