Over the April holidays, Year 10 students Fiona and Rayleigh were accompanied by Mr Winzil to Japan, as part of our ongoing partnership with Nihon University Mishima High School. Along with 5 students from other Adelaide schools, they took part in a cultural exchange where they had the opportunity to experience school life in Japan, explore various cultural sights and interact with numerous amazing people.

The students spent several days in the classroom where they experienced life as Japanese students. They also explored surrounding areas such as Hakone and Tokyo, including wandering Disneyland, visiting Shibuya and viewing multiple shrines.

We are extremely proud of Fiona and Rayleigh for their tremendous efforts in representing Hamilton Secondary College. We also extend our gratitude to Nihon University Mishima High School for hosting us and providing such a memorable trip for our students.
