On Monday Week 8 our senior soccer team competed in a knockout competition. We went for the day and played against St. Johns and Woodville High. Both opposing teams were well organised, had multiple substation players and trained consistently. Our team was a mix of talents with only a few experienced players and some untrained players. However, our team did well considering the odds were stacked against them and we only had one substitute. The boys displayed friendly sportsmanship and respect throughout the day.
